Japanese Tour and the Day in a Life Kickoff to better understand Brandon 1.0's skills and build the best training plan for Brandon 2.0
REGULAR SEASON
Discover Brandon’s potential core purpose(s) through monthly immersion experiences and weekly sprints that include real consequence, rewards, and daily accountability.
PLAYOFFS
Stress-test the North Star by beginning to put the simulation into action with real-world steps. Begin to integrate purpose into every aspect of life.
OPTIONAL:

The stakes become REALLY REAL as we turn your purpose into a full fledged integration which could include an operating business or launch plan to kick an aggressive change into full gear.

How are we planning to grow?

Monthly Immersions
Each month custom 3- 5 day immersions will be created to aide in the advancement of Brandon's journey in the most controlled distraction free environment possible.

WEEKLY HUDDLES
Each week Brandon will meet with his coach and periodically his council of coaches to touch base on goal tracking, what's working, what's not and adjust plans as needed. Development of something "at stake" weekly or monthly will keep consequences to maintain pressure.

UNLIMITED MEETINGS/ACCOUNTABILITY
As often as needed him and his coach will meet with a "Whatever it Takes" mindset, spending as much time as they mutually agree is needed to accomplish moving Brandon the next phase.

REVIEW THE TAPE
Each immersion will include taping and photography of approved elements so that coaches and Brandon may "review the tape" as well as create key memorabilia to document their journey for future internal or external use as they decide to promote their next journey. This will include key progress reviews with similar questions in each taping so that there is an easy way to document the progress.

SCORECARD
Brandon 2.0 will have a Scorecard that tracks his season based on his goals, the success of the enterprise, and things he needs to embody more of, less of, start or stop.

MONTHLY EXERCISE
Each month the council of coaches will provide Brandon with a set of real world exercises that test Brandon to integrate and reveal the things he needs to work into his life to truly try on his purpose and elements of his being he needs to embody.

Co-Founder / Head Coach
Marco Hansell is committed to seeing the company grow to it's goal and will act as Brandon's right hand in his journey. His experience with having gone through this search will make him key to supporting Brandon in relateable issues as well as helping him navigate practical implications of changes that he has real world perspective on.

Assistant Coach
Anaya is one of the core supportive elements in Marco and was very instrumental in supporting him in his search for purpose. Anaya is an energetic master and will serve to counterbalance the intense masculine focus with a balanced approach that brings in a more holistic view of what Brandon is experiencing energetically. Her expertise in this team is invaluable.

Board Members
3-5 additional coaches with diverse perspectives will serve to support Marco and Anaya in having seperate meetings about Brandon as well as with Brandon to provide multiple perspectives and eliminate the "echo chamber" effect that comes from too few perspectives in building traditional business.

Building (Dec - Jan)
Prepare exercises for Japan trip, assessments and have Day in the Life Experiences that involve shadowing Brandon in his daily life as much as he is willing to have us participate in. Appropriate council members will also be chosen.

Discovery period to identify Brandon 2.0's purpose, test it and build up his intuitive muscle to identify purpose driven initiatives that will actually be sticky.

Playoffs
March/April - June/July
Begin soft integrations of Brandon 2.0 including first steps of real changes to begin soft launching Brandon 2.0. This includes remodeling Brandon 2.0 in whatever methods deemed necessary from clothes, identity stories, image, voice and other identifiable markers.

Optionally discuss how Brandon 2.0 can support in implementing final plans involving business support, personal support and relationship support necessary to create 360 integration into Brandon's life and implement actual changes.
